4 portions

  • 2 red onions diced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Soften in pan
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • Soften in pan
  • 600g mince break up and brown
  • 1 tin chopped toms
  • 1 tin kidney beans and juice
  • 125ml red wine
  • 500ml beef stock
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire
  • Nutmeg, chilli, salt, pepper coacoa power
  • Reduce on v low heat then add cornflour to thicken
  • Boil 300g whole rice in white wine stock
  • Put in bowl add cheese
  • Serves 4
