  • Oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pork belly slices
  • 1/2 can cider
  • Maybe squeeze of lemon
  • cook off
  • 1/2 cup ish of milk
  • Spoon Tom yum paste
  • Worcester
  • Tabasco
  • 1/2 can cider
