Couscous
Ingredients
- 400 ml chix stock
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 270g couscous
Method
- Weigh out couscous, set aside
- Bring stock, salt, butter, oil to gentle simmer, heat off
- Add couscous and lid to pan
- Wait 5 mins
- Stir with fork
- Should be ready
