Couscous

Ingredients

  • 400 ml chix stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 270g couscous

Method

  • Weigh out couscous, set aside
  • Bring stock, salt, butter, oil to gentle simmer, heat off
  • Add couscous and lid to pan
  • Wait 5 mins
  • Stir with fork
  • Should be ready
