- 2 red onions diced
- 4 garlic cloves
- Soften in pan
- 2 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- Soften in pan
- 600g mince break up and brown
- 1 tin chopped toms
- 1 tin kidney beans and juice
- 125ml red wine
- 500ml beef stock
- 15 ml red wine vinegar
- 4 dashes Worcestershire
- Nutmeg, chilli, salt, pepper coacoa power
- Reduce on v low heat then add cornflour to thicken
- Boil 300g whole rice in white wine stock
- Put in bowl add cheese
- Serves 4
